First, please complete our reservation form at the bottom of this page, so that we have the necessary information to prepare for your charter.
Second, decide how you wish to pay for your charter. We offer three ways:
(1) via credit card thru our Pay Pal account. If you would like to use your credit card to pay the entire amount up front or the $100 deposit, contact me with your e mail address and I can send you a bill through my Pay Pal account.
(2)pay a $100 deposit and the balance in cash after boarding. E mail or phone me at 305-451-8393. Follow this up by mailing a $100 deposit check two weeks prior to your charter date and pay the balance in cash after boarding. Make your check payable to me, Anne F. Baxter, mail it to PO Box 1001, Islamorada, FL 33036.
(3)drop off a cash deposit to an employee of the Marina at World Wide Sportsman within two days prior to your charter. Be sure to get a receipt. The balance may be paid upon boarding in cash or with travellers checks.
Upon receiving your deposit or complete payment with your credit card to my Pay Pal account, a confirmation packet will be mailed to you. This will tell you what you might need to bring, an Easy Adventures rack card, a World Wide Sportsman brochure.
If you have made a reservation and then change your mind. Please phone us at 305-451-8393 to let us know so that we can remove your reservation from our book and assign that time slot to someone else. Do not assume that if we do not receive your deposit, we will automatically take you out of the schedule book.
CANCELLATION POLICIES When you reserve a charter time, we are committing to booking no one else for that time, we are agreeing to prepare and equip the boat for the activities that you have chosen and to hire the captain. We will turn down others who wish to charter at the same time. Therefore if you do not show up, your deposit is forfeited. If you cancel a week or less prior to your charter, your deposit is kept, unless someone else books for that exact time. If you cancel two to one week prior to your charter, we will refund half of your deposit, unless someone else books for that exact time.
